Hebei Anping Maqun Wire Mesh Manufacturing Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells wire mesh demisters, mist eliminators, wire mesh structured packing, stainless steel packing, metal wire screen mesh, GFW metal wire mesh and PVDF wire mesh.
Production and standards
Products are woven from stainless steel, steel, iron, nickel alloy and other metal wires. Industrial screen mesh follows GB5330-85 and the current GB/T5330-2003 standard, with plain weave and twill weave structures, aperture sizes from 4.00 to 0.024 mm and mesh numbers from 5# to 400#.
Wire mesh demisters follow HG/T21618-1998, replacing HG5-1404-81, HG5-1405-81 and HG5-1406-81. The standard was revised with practical operating experience and imported equipment technology, and covers top-mounted and bottom-mounted types.
High-efficiency structured metal packing follows HG/T 4374-2012, HG/T 21559.1-2013, HG/T 21559.2-2005 and HG/T 21559.3-2005. It is also known as stainless steel packing, metal wire mesh packing, chemical packing, corrugated packing, metal packing, stainless steel corrugated packing, mesh corrugated packing, wire mesh corrugated packing, perforated plate corrugated packing and rolled perforated plate corrugated packing.
Models and materials
Wire mesh demister models include top-mounted and bottom-mounted types, DG200-DG6400 and non-standard demisters or mist eliminators. Materials include Q235, 304, 304L, 321, 316L, F46, NS-80, nickel wire, titanium wire and alloys.
Maqun wire mesh materials include NS-80, 304, 304HC, 304L, 304S, 321, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 316L, 316, 310S, 2520, nickel wire, Monel, steel wire, galvanized wire, titanium wire, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel alloy and copper-nickel alloy.
